| The Orion System (the Orion PE) is a pre-employment "opinion survey"
designed to assess applicant attitudes (integrity/honesty) in a number of work relevant areas. Find

The Orion PE
asks applicants to respond to questions on a scale from "Totally
Disagree" to "Totally Agree." On-site scoring is processed in
minutes and interviewers can choose from a Short Profile, an Intermediate
Profile, or a Long Profile to obtain abbreviated or in-depth feedback. The
Intermediate and Long Profiles provide interviewer follow-up questions to
explore areas of concern.
When scored, the Orion PE will reveal whether the applicant attempted to
manipulate the responses, and whether the applicant is potentially
"Below Average," "Average," "Above Average,"
or "Low," "Marginal," or "High" risk in the
measured dimensions. The report will indicate which question(s) should be
discussed further with the applicant based on their responses. Follow-up
questions are included in the Intermediate and Long Profiles.
